AyurVAID Hospitals Receives QAI Accreditation for its Transition Care Centre

In a historic stride for Ayurveda, AyurVAID Hospitals Domlur, Bengaluru, became the first Ayurveda hospital to be accredited by the Quality and Accreditation Institute (QAI) under the Transition Care Centre (TCC) Standard. This landmark was achieved on May 20, 2023, solidifying AyurVAID’s position as a leader in Ayurvedic healthcare.

QAI, India’s exclusive provider of TCC certification and an institutional member of the International Society for Quality in Health Care (ISQua), validates AyurVAID’s approach towards creating an ecosystem fostering quality healthcare services.

AyurVAID Hospitals, guided by the unwavering vision of Rajiv Vasudevan, MD & CEO, provides step-down-care for a spectrum of health conditions. These include, but are not limited to, cancer, neurological disorders, orthopedic conditions, trauma rehabilitation, stroke rehabilitation, and COVID-19 rehabilitation.

In 2010, AyurVAID set a precedent by becoming the first NABH-accredited Ayurveda hospital. It continues this legacy of excellence by being the third healthcare provider in India to secure QAI-TCC accreditation. These milestones demonstrate AyurVAID’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest quality standards in Ayurvedic healthcare.

In an era where the emphasis on natural and holistic care is increasingly gaining momentum, AyurVAID’s accomplishments serve as a beacon, signifying Ayurveda’s potential to revolutionize healthcare worldwide.
