Medikabazaar Appoints Vishal Chaturvedi as CTO to Drive Innovation in Healthcare Procurement
India’s premier digital platform for healthcare procurement, Medikabazaar, has named Vishal Chaturvedi as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Chaturvedi, who boasts an impressive track record in the tech industry, having worked with renowned companies like Samsung, Amazon, British Telecom, Jio, and BlackBuck, is an alumnus of MIT and IIT.
Medikabazaar, established in 2015 by Vivek Tiwari and Ketan Malkan, offers an end-to-end digital procurement solution for medical establishments. The platform connects sellers with buyers, streamlining the procurement process, and reducing costs for both parties. The platform sources high-quality medical supplies and equipment from China, the US, and Europe and collaborates with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities.
As CTO, Chaturvedi will work towards enhancing Medikabazaar’s technology vision and developing innovative technology products that address the complex challenges of healthcare supply chains. He will also focus on capitalizing on digital monetization opportunities for the company, ensuring timely delivery of medical supplies, and enhancing patient care.
