Dozee Raises $6M in Series A2 Funding to Scale Contactless Monitoring System Across India

Dozee, India’s first contactless Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) & AI-based Early Warning System (EWS), has raised $6 million in its Series A2 funding round. The funding round was led by existing investors Prime Venture Partners, 3one4 Capital, and YourNest VC, along with new investors including State Bank of India, J&A Partners Family Office, and Dinesh Mody Ventures. With this fresh capital infusion, Dozee aims to expand its footprint across India and become a global player in the remote patient monitoring industry.

Dozee’s innovative technology aims to bridge the healthcare gaps in India and other developing countries by using contactless Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and AI-based Early Warning System (EWS). The company enables healthcare workers to remotely monitor patients’ vital parameters like heart rate, respiration rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen saturation levels, temperature, and ECG. Its Early Warning System (EWS) tracks the trends of vital parameters and provides alerts to healthcare providers for early detection of patients’ clinical deterioration, enabling timely medical intervention.

Dozee has established a presence in over 380+ hospitals covering 50+ districts, and its flagship product – the Dozee Contactless Vital Signs (VS) Measurement system – recently received US FDA 510(k) clearance, which demonstrates the company’s commitment to innovation and quality. With the recent funding round, Dozee plans to expand further in the Indian market, invest more in R&D capabilities, and upgrade 6,000 hospital beds across 140 public hospitals in India and other regions to transform the public healthcare landscape.

Dozee’s innovative technology has won several awards, including the Marico Innovation Foundation Award, FICCI Gold Award for digital innovation in healthcare, and the Anjani Mashelkar Inclusive Innovation Award (AMIIA). With the tagline “HarBedDozeeBed” (Every bed is a Dozee bed), the company aims to unburden the Indian healthcare system and make quality healthcare accessible to all.

The remote patient monitoring industry has become increasingly important during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Dozee’s technology has proven to be vital in managing the health of COVID-19 patients. With this latest funding round, Dozee aims to continue its mission to revolutionize the Indian healthcare industry and become a leader in the global market. Dozee’s growth momentum demonstrates accelerating progress toward its goal of making quality healthcare accessible to all, regardless of their location or socioeconomic status.
